Hulk engages the class. He teaches the students that he will raise his hands up when he wants the students to listen and focus. He will then lower his hands when he wants a short response. The expected response is the same for each student. Hulk and the teacher practice with the students. He then has the teacher ask the original question again with his hands raised. The teacher lowers his hands and all of the students respond. Success!
The teacher learned that the choral response is a good way to refocus and practice information that is short to recite such as vocabulary words.
**Please note we attempted to create the entire comic book, but the website would not allow us to continue past page two. Before utilizing this in our classrooms we would definitely want to work out the kinks.
